Managed Engineering Delivery — for software teams in the AI era

You define what to build.
We take responsibility for the quality.

Dedicated senior engineers inside your workflow, backed by Reduzer review, QA, and delivery ownership before work reaches you.

The problem

You outsource the work. You still carry the risk.

Finding senior developers in competitive markets takes months. And when you turn to outsourcing, you often trade one problem for another: delivery disappears from view.

You cannot tell what is moving, what is blocked, or whether the work meets your acceptance bar until it is too late. The handoff slips, context is missed, messages go quiet, and the decisions, chasing, and rework land back on you.

Who this is for

Is this you?

  • You have a live product with real customers and a backlog that keeps growing.
  • You need a senior engineer, not a junior you have to train.
  • You want them inside your tools, your standups, your sprint. Not in a separate workflow.
  • You've tried outsourcing before and it did not go well.

Most teams we work best with are 2 to 20 people. If any of the above is off, we will tell you on the first call and save both of us the month. If this sounds familiar, here is how we plug in.

Not the right fit if
  • You want to hand over a brief and not be involved at all.
  • You need a one-time contractor for a single project.
  • You need us to own your product roadmap end-to-end.

Your team, your process

Your tools. Your schedule. We plug in.

The engineer joins your Slack or Teams, your project board, and your standups. They work on your schedule, in your timezone overlap, using your tools. Nothing new to set up.

You define what to build and set the acceptance bar. You inspect during UAT. Code reviews and quality checks are handled on our side before anything reaches you.

A named Head of Delivery at Reduzer owns the engineer's performance, manages their workload, and is your single point of escalation.

We usually catch issues before you raise them. When something does need escalation, you call us, not just the engineer. If an engineer needs to be replaced, we handle it. The work continues.

Daily visibility

A morning brief. An evening summary. Every working day.

Each working day starts with a dev-by-dev plan and ends with the same work checked out: finished, carried forward, or waiting on your input. Delivered in Slack, Teams, or email so you know where things stand without chasing updates.

AI in the system

AI reviews the work. Humans own the outcome.

Reduzer's engineers ship inside a delivery system where AI reviews pull requests for security, code quality, and UI/UX issues before handoff. Human engineers and QA remain accountable for what reaches you. Engineers use Cursor and Claude Code under enterprise terms with no training on your code.

What you get

You get the engineer and the system around them.

A full-time senior engineer, daily visibility, Reduzer-run review and QA, delivery ownership, performance management, replacement support, and IP/security coverage. No hidden fees. No recruiter fees. No benefits administration.

What this means in practice
01A senior engineer who can operate inside ambiguity.
Technical judgment, clear communication, and ownership without constant supervision. They work full-time inside your workflow and against your acceptance bar.
02Visibility without chasing.
Every working day starts with a plan and ends with a delivery summary, so you know what moved, what is blocked, and where your input is needed.
03Review before work reaches you.
AI-assisted PR review checks for security, code quality, and UI/UX issues. Human QA verifies work in staging before client handoff.
04One accountable delivery owner.
Reduzer owns workload, performance, escalation, and replacement support. If something breaks, the responsibility does not get pushed back to you.
05Your code and control stay with you.
IP, security terms, enterprise AI usage, and handover discipline are handled as part of the engagement. Deeper compliance details are available on request.
